Candidate Profile

University degree in Civil, Electrical or Forest/ Environmental Engineering
Master's degree will be considered as an asset
Minimum experience in the RES field of 5 years
High experience on team management and coordination, with organizational and time management skills
Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, GIS applications (ArcMap, QGIS, etc.) and AutoCAD
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English language

Critical thinking, attention to detail and ability to analyze complex information
Self-motivated
Activities

Oversee the implementation of company's strategic approach to the projects pipeline and support the Development department
Support the coordination of RES projects construction and manage activities related to projects under operation
Network with local or central / governmental authorities and agencies when necessary for the business activity
Support and develop appropriate operating policies and procedures affecting operation activities (including development, construction, operation of RES projects) to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Manage due diligence processes
Enhance internal governance
Context & Environment
This is a full-time on-site role for a Regulatory Operations Manager located in Athens. The Regulatory Operations Manager will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations related to compliance aspects.
