The Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic engineering student for a yearlong internship. This internship will provide you with valuable hands-on experience in the component engineering supply chains. You will work alongside experienced engineers on real-world projects, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the electronics engineering lifecycle.
Responsibilities:
Assist engineers with various tasks related to component engineering supply chains.
Analysis Grid Automation (PAC+MD+CIC) products for single source and critical components.
PLM export of E-BOM according to generic analysis template form.
Data analysis of component lists.
Identification of alternative components.
Identification of lifecycle, EOL, where manufactured.
Document your work accurately and clearly, following engineering standards.
Attend departmental meetings and participate in discussions as appropriate.
Qualifications:
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in electronics engineering or a related field.
Strong understanding of electronic components.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A keen interest in electronics and a desire to learn.
