Senior Project Manager As a Project Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and coordinating various projects within our manufacturing operations. Your primary focus will be on implementing lean manufacturing principles to optimise processes, reduce waste, and enhance overall productivity. The Project Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met within scope, budget, and timeline. Project Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of lean manufacturing projects to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimisation and waste reduction, and develop strategies for implementation.
  • Work closely with department heads and team members to define project goals, milestones, and deliverables.
  • Utilise project management tools and methodologies to track progress, manage risks, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by analysing data, identifying root causes, and implementing corrective actions.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and excellence within the project team.
Project Manager Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a manufacturing environment, with a strong background in lean manufacturing principles.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Certification in lean manufacturing or project management (e.g., PMP, Six Sigma) is a plus
