Job Description Based in the busy London Bridge area of the City, this client are a growing mortgage brokerage. They are currently looking for general administrator to join their expanding team. This role will give you the opportunity to join a firm with a growing reputation, and is you choose to, learn and gain experience within the mortgage industry.
They are looking for someone keen to learn and with good communication skills as you'll be dealing with clients, both corporate and individual. Good numeracy skills and attention to detail are a must have. You don't need a background in mortgages for this role.
Training will be given on all systems and proceedures
Duties would include:
Liaising with introducers to arrange events (Seminars, webinars and mortgage surgeries)
Edit template communications for HR to circulate to firm
Manage pre and post-event tasks, including logistical arrangements, attendee confirmations, and follow-up communications
Ensure the CRM system is consistently updated with relevant information, interactions, workflows and feedback
Spot checking CRM to ensure Advisers are following up and nurturing leads.
Track and assist in scheduling target meetings and coordinating availability
Assist in compiling monthly reports for each client firm. Additionally, generate overall monthly reports to provide insights to directors
Keep register up to date
Introducer onboarding
Compile file checks and upload for compliance review
Update CPD tracker
The base salary will range from £25-30,000 p.a.
