Job Description

Our client is a reputable and long-established company. We specialise in highways and civils projects and take pride in delivering high-quality and innovative survey products for our clients. Our client is based near Tadley - (Ability to arrange own travel to and from the office is essential)

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in our projects, ensuring precise measurements and data collection to support our client's construction and development efforts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Land Surveying: Conduct land surveys using precision surveying equipment and technology to establish accurate surveys of topographic features and construction reference points.
  • Data Collection: Accurately collect and record field data, measurements, and survey results. Ensure data integrity and organisation.
  • Data Processing: Create detailed survey drawings and reports using AutoCAD or other relevant software, illustrating recorded details.
  • Support: Collaborate with clients and the office to provide survey support.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality checks on survey data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Equipment Maintenance: Maintain and calibrate surveying equipment to ensure optimal performance and accuracy.

Qualifications:

Land Surveying, Geomatics, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successful projects.

Proficiency with land surveying software (e.g., AutoCAD, Civil 3D).

Strong knowledge of surveying techniques, equipment, and standards.

Additional Requirements:

Full UK Drivers Licence

Ability to work independently.

Flexible with shift patterns, including night work.
