The role is a consultative, service-led sales role, specialising in the handling of leads. The role demands for an individual who has good previous sales experience, preferably in a cold call setting. Intensive 1-2-1 training and induction is provided to ensure that the successful candidate can competently hold a conversation regarding this specialist product without the need for previous understanding of the product offering.
Follow up all sales enquiries in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction,
Meet/exceed call and sales targets consistently with positive and proactive attitude
Record all information on the company CRM in detail ensuring all correspondence is documented accordingly
Excellent sales skills along with a great phone manner
Competent in the use of CRM database and in the use of Microsoft Office products
