We are looking for an individual to workwithin a pastoral team for students with Autism or complex needs in an amazing secondary school .The role involves supporting students and class teams with behaviour that challenges, analysing and redirecting the behaviour in a positive manner, therefore we are looking for someone with experience working in schools setting and the ability to prioritise and plan a working day/ week in line with regular duties, based on input from senior leadership team.

The successful candidate will:

  • Have an Enhanced DBS that is on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one through us.
  • Have a Safeguarding Certificate or be willing to complete a FREE course supplied by us.
  • Be available to work during term time.
  • Have the correct Right to Work in The UK documentation.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
