We are seeking an experienced, high-calibre Test Manager to lead the testing efforts for our Clients Trust Integration Engine. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive test strategies, plans, and test cases to ensure the quality, reliability, and performance of the integration engine.
Design and execute manual and automated tests to validate the functionality, performance, and security of the integration engine.
* Manage the testing process throughout the software development life cycle (SDLC), from requirements gathering to deployment.
* Monitor and report on testing progress, quality metrics, and risk assessments to project stakeholders.
* Continuously improve the testing process by identifying and implementing best practices and tools.
* Mentor and guide junior testers, fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a test management role.
* Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, techniques, and tools.
* Experience with testing web services.
