Kickstart Junior Marketing Executive –  Overview of the business:
Insight Recruitment are independent, forward thinking and professional Recruitment Specialists based in Manchester. We provide Contract / Interim, Permanent and Search recruitment solutions across our three divisions; IT, Digital & Engineering.
Over the 5 years we have been established we have grown a strong and successful customer base ranging Global leaders to high growth start ups from our Manchester office and we are looking to add Social Media Manager/ Digital Marketing assistant to join the team
Kickstart Junior Marketing Executive – Job Purpose:
Working alongside our external Marketing Agency partner you will be providing support in the production of industry-leading marketing campaigns to enable the growth of our customer base and increase our position as market experts.
Kickstart Junior Marketing Executive –  Duties and Responsibilities:
Based in our Manchester office this will include –
– Support in the delivery of social media activity across all of our brand channel including proactive social media outreach, scheduling and monitoring social media content.
– As well as helping develop relevant content such as podcasts, blogs for our own social media channels you will be engaging with key external accounts, sharing relevant content, to improve audience growth.
– You will support sales through administering weekly e-mail marketing campaign’s with CV’s and relevant job opportunities, plus other tailored content to specific audience groups.
– As a key part of the internal team you will be involved in the delivery of marketing activity including – updating website content, research and competitor analysis and creating campaign reports for the leadership team.
– You will support our Lets Get Disruptive initiative & event series, including invitations to events (virtual for now), logistics and follow up including updating our CRM system.
Kickstart Junior Marketing Executive –  Skills and Experience:
– Although a Degree level Marketing related qualification would be beneficial, we are more interested in your experience in a commercial environment.
– You will be creative in your approach with skills in Content development, including content creation and evaluation.
– With a keen interest in digital marketing, you will have a strong grasp of social media with any experience in supporting tools such as Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Wordpress or any CRM exposure would be a distinct advantage.
