Job Title: Data Warehouse Project Lead
As a Data Warehouse Project Lead within our organization, you will be responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and maintenance of our data warehouse solutions using the Microsoft (MS) Stack technologies. You will lead a team of developers and analysts to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality data warehousing solutions that meet the needs of our business stakeholders.

Project Management:
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of data warehouse projects from inception to completion.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with business stakeholders and project team members.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations to ensure successful project delivery.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure on-time and within-budget delivery.

Provide leadership and guidance to a team of developers and analysts throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture that promotes excellence in data warehouse development practices.
Mentor team members, facilitate knowledge sharing, and promote professional development opportunities.

Utilize Microsoft Stack technologies, including SQL Server, SSIS (SQL Server Integration Services), SSAS (SQL Server Analysis Services), and SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services), to design, develop, and maintain data warehouse solutions.
Design and optimize data models, ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes, and reporting structures to ensure efficient data retrieval and analysis.
Implement best practices for data quality assurance, data governance, and data security within the data warehouse environment.

Stakeholder Management:
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements, understand data needs, and translate business objectives into technical solutions.
Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment between project deliverables and business priorities.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
Proven experience 10 years in leading data warehouse projects using Microsoft Stack technologies.
Strong proficiency in SQL and experience with database design and optimization.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server, SSIS, SSAS, and SSRS.
Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage timelines, and coordinate resources effectively.
Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on fostering collaboration and innovation.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Knowledge of data governance principles and best practices.
MCSE: Data Management and Analytics) preferred.

This role may require occasional travel to client sites or other company locations.
Flexible working hours may be required to accommodate project deadlines and client needs.
