Our Support Functions deliver services and makes recommendations about ways to enhance our workplace and the experience of working at our organization. Our Support Functions include HR, Finance, Information Technology, Legal, Procurement, Administration, Facilities and Security.
Our GAHM IT team operates as a business partner proposing ideas and innovative solutions that enable new organisational capabilities for our animal health manufacturing division. We collaborate internationally to deliver the services and solutions that help everyone to be more productive and enable innovation. Working in a professional and friendly environment, will provide you the opportunity to gain practical experience in an Technical Product Manager role and will help build a strong foundation for success in your future. During your tenure at our company, you will be provided with the opportunity to support, develop and improve our IT systems and processes as well as be provided opportunities to travel to our company's sites. You will be part of a friendly, energetic, highly motivated and collaborative team working on Projects using leading edge IT technologies.
The Technical Product Manager will from part of the global animal health manufacturing digital strategy team, focused on transforming our
manufacturing operations through innovation and adoption of new digital technologies. managing digital products through their end to end lifecycle from concept to retirement.
Set the product vision, create roadmaps, and strategy, ensuring value and user experience are measured and achieved
Define the guidelines for developing business cases for complex products, systems and/or software
Assess alignment between requirements, solutions and eventual outcomes Leverage technical knowledge to operate in a digital environment
Define the overall product vision and strategy with a keen focus on value, business outcome, and user experience
Create, maintain, and continuously prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery and long-term sustainability
Drive release and support planning and execution (go to market)
Experience working in digital role (Product owner, SCRUM master etc.)
Knowledge of Agile Values, principles & practices
