As a Facilities Supervisor, you will lead the delivery of property maintenance services at all our sites.
Ensuring a safe and well-maintained environment, you will manage internal and external facilities work across hospice sites, shops and the distribution centre.
You will oversee planned and preventative maintenance, manage external contractor performance and co-ordinate facilities staff and volunteers to achieve timely and cost-effective outcomes.
Conduct regular inspections
- Support refurbishment projects
- Support event logistics, including equipment setup and on-site assistance
- Perform maintenance tasks, conduct fire tests and implement CQC audit actions
- Ensure compliance with health and safety policies
Please note, this role requires flexibility, including occasional work during evenings and weekends, as well as being on call to meet urgent facilities needs.
To be considered as a Facilities Supervisor, you will need:
- Practical experience of property maintenance within a charity, not for profit, health or commercial organisation
- An awareness of the requirements of the approved Building Regulations
- A full, valid driving licence
