Property Maintenance Assessor - North East

Think FE is excited to partner with one of our favourite clients in their search for a dedicated Property Maintenance Assessor. This role is an excellent opportunity for individuals with substantial industry experience, who are looking for a role that is less physically demanding or to help train the next generation of property maintenance. Candidates with multi-skills including plumbing, bricklaying, tiling, painting and decorating, carpentry joinery etc. You will play a crucial role in assessing the skills and competencies of learners in property maintenance. Possession of a minimum Level 2 qualification in a built environment or a related subject
GCSEs in English and Mathematics (min grade C/4)
Solid property maintenance experience ideally with strong competencies in a number of trades. Generous holiday entitlement of 30 days + Bank holidays and Christmas closure.
