Laser Therapist

A very exciting and rewarding position has become available for a highly skilled and experienced Laser Therapist, to join our highly regarded, well-established, award-winning Aesthetic and laser clinic, initially on a part-time basis of 3 days.

Please note the Laser position is temporary maternity cover roles with regular performance reviews. In the event that the staff members on maternity leave decide not to return to their usual hours, there may be an opportunity for the role to become permanent within our growing team. We believe in retaining exceptional talent, and your dedication and performance during this cover period will be a key factor in any consideration for permanent placement if a role becomes available.

The Role:

• You will be responsible for meeting and greeting your clients, advising them on suitable treatments and carrying out a range of high-quality advanced treatments whilst maximising any potential sale opportunities and reporting back to your clinic manager and director.
• You must possess good knowledge of the most common skin concerns and conditions, successful at converting, upselling and cross-selling treatments and products, to maximise your clients' results and skin transformations. This is not for a practitioner who is afraid of selling- as conducting consultations and converting your clients is a key part of this job role and you must do it well.
• You will maintain an excellent standard of customer care at all times, monitoring the client's journey from start to finish ensuring full client satisfaction. We pride ourselves in innovative, effective treatments and unbeatable client service.
• Our standard of care is second to none, from providing a friendly, relaxed environment when our patients walk in the door to in-depth consultations and personalised treatments carried out by leading specialists.
• You must be skilled at building strong, close relations with your customers so they return to the clinic. You will be responsible for retaining your clients and keeping your column busy with your happy returning customers, delighted by the results you have achieved for them and growing your patient list by converting new prospects into paid bookings to help drive and meet individual and clinic targets.
• You must have great listening skills, and be very organised and adaptable to the advice provided to you by our senior practitioner and director.
• You will be dedicated to your role, and be able to follow diligently, policies and processes within the business, to help support the team, with updates on protocols, policies and assist with training as and when required.
• Alongside performing the treatments, you will be required to discuss training to become an aesthetic practitioner/masterclasses with our clients to maximise on sales.

• Assist the receptionist with answering emails/DMs and phone calls when suitable and they are not able to do so e.g. treatment questions.
• Ensuring high standard before & after photos and videos are taken of every individual you treat.
• Promote the company's range of products, courses and non-surgical treatments along with referring patients for additional treatments.
• Document all patient records and update the software with all relevant information.
• Ensure patient confidentiality.
• Regularly updating the laser social media page and creating engaging content.

Qualifications and Skills needed:

Laser Hair Removal Level 4 (essential)

Laser Tattoo Removal (Preferred).

IPL and advance skin treatments (Preferred).

Laser Core of Knowledge (essential).

EMS Tone Sculpt (Preferred)

You will be required to work independently offering expert advice and life-changing treatments. Direct experience in this field is essential, however, full training will be given to the successful candidate on our services and machines.

Hours:

The usual hours are between 11 am - 7 pm; however, the hours will vary depending on demand- Must be able to work some weekends per month.
