Purchase Ledger Clerk

Trial Balance Consulting have been assigned by an exciting development business who urgently seek to recruit an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their growing team. This is a part time, permanent opportunity and will be based at the employers Falmouth based office.
The role works as part of an experienced, fast paced accounting function with the following key responsibilities:
- Administration of purchase ledger invoices
- Reconciliation of supplier statements
- Assisting with payment runs
- Petty cash administration
- Raiding and assigning PO numbers
- Assisting with supplier queries
For this role we seek a candidate with at least six months of recently gained experience in accounts payable or receivable, either QBE or part/AAT qualified. The assignment requires a high degree of all round IT aptitude, as well as an accurate and methodical approach to work. As the role works remotely and occasionally liaises with suppliers, good written and verbal communication skills will be essential.
