Career Development Senior Coordinator

We are looking for a passionate and organised Senior Coordinator for children in our before and after school care capacity, primarily based out of Narre Warren , assisting schools in Clyde, Rowville, and Wantirna South.. This is a permanent full-time position at 38 hours per week all year round.
In addition to a competitive salary, there is also a $2500 commencement bonus at the completion of first month plus another $2500 loyalty bonus at 12 months + $4,000 travel allowance + other benefits + super.
Leading a team of Educators, you will manage a service at a primary school in the hours before and after school for children aged 5-12 years. You'll have the support of a state specific office, plus regional managers who regularly visit and mentor you at your service.
Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into
Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents
Partnering with parents and school communities, our goal is to build brighter futures by supporting children’s development through play in fun, engaging environments. About the service
Primarily based out of a school in Narre Warren, you would be leading a small service with attendance of around 10 kids per session. They have an excellent sense of community and collaboration. You would also be able to extend this connection to nearby schools as you work closely with other service leaders and head office staff. The directors in your area are excellent mentors who would provide plenty of learning and development opportunities.
