IO Associates seeks a Project Management Business Partner for the Filton site. Your role is to provide project management expertise and support to enhance the competitiveness of our bestselling A320 family aircraft.
Establish clear project objectives, scope, and deliverables, while defining a robust governance structure.
Prepare thorough documentation and presentations for project gates and reviews, ensuring stakeholder alignment and approval.
Develop and maintain integrated project plans, monitoring progress rigorously against schedule, cost, and resource allocations.
Identify and manage project interdependencies internally and externally, mitigating risks and fostering collaboration for successful outcomes.
Demonstrating proactive initiative in problem-solving and project advancement.
Operating autonomously with adept organizational abilities to streamline project workflows.
