We're looking for a Chief of Staff & Head of Commercial Business Management who will play a pivotal role in driving the execution of strategic and tactical initiatives across the Commercial division across product, sales and marketing. Being a strategic and trusted partner to the Chief Commercial Officer (CCO), this multifaceted role requires a strategic thinker with exceptional leadership skills, business acumen, and a proven track record in commercial business management.
Work closely with the CCO to define and manage the budget for the Commercial Division
Assist with commercial division organization structure and planning
Act as a key advisor to the Chief Commercial Officer, providing insights and recommendations on business operations and strategy.
Represent the Commercial division in executive meetings and communicate strategic decisions to relevant stakeholders.
Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for senior management.
Proven experience in a strategic role within a Commercial division, preferably in a financial services and/or product software company
Strong understanding of sales, product management
Understanding of software and professional services pricing a preferred
Demonstrated ability to drive strategic initiatives and manage complex projects.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
