Our client is a highly regarding international law firm and this is a rare opportunity to join a dynamic team based in Birmingham, Manchester, or Leeds as a Property Development Senior Associate With a minimum of 8 years PQE, you’ll have the opportunity to take the lead on exciting mixed-use development projects across the UK. Your expertise in large-scale developments, collaboration with public and private sectors, and handling complex transactions will contribute to the growth of the teams’ portfolio and there are excellent opportunities for career progression.

As part of our UK Property Group, you’ll collaborate across offices, benefiting from our national reach and diverse expertise. Working alongside seasoned professionals who are recognised in their field, you’ll thrive in an environment that values innovation and collaboration.

Your role will involve advising on a range of projects including high profile and high value transformative schemes and regeneration projects for clients ranging from local authorities to major property developers. As part of this team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact.
