As our Senior Marketing Manager will play a crucial role in driving the success of our business. You will take care of the entire marketing lifecycle and undertake market research, understand the trends and customer preferences, create marketing strategy and budgets, oversee the creation of marketing materials and content, and perform all other relevant tasks essential for increasing the business’s sales. This is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Marketing professional, a willing team player, demonstrate excellent communication skills, and always be thinking of the next idea. You will understand that you are the custodian of the brand and will have a firm grasp on modern technology and various marketing platforms.
Design and roll out marketing plan with good customer insights observation and business chance analysis, to reinforce strong leading image.
Strategy development and planning of campaigns that can promote the business and generate genuine traffic (both offline and online)
Plan and execute various activities as per the phase wise Marketing Strategic plans.
Create engaging and informative content for the website, blog, social media, and any other content marketing channels that the business might leverage.
Manage and optimize social media accounts to engage with the audience, increase followers, and drive user engagement.
Managing the design and production of promotional materials, such as websites and brochures
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and tracking expenses.
Proactively build and maintain excellent relationships with existing clients and any potential new businesses, increasing and strengthening the Company’s brand image.
Tracking effectiveness of marketing campaigns and reporting findings to the executive team
Staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulations that impact our products and marketing strategies
Ideally a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a related field.
Previous experience of working on Hubspot CRM (desirable).
Familiarity and skill with the tools of the trade in marketing including PR, written communication, website development, social media, market research, Microsoft software suite of products, visual communication software products, and creative services.
