The Role:

As a Project Manager , you will oversee the end-to-end delivery of key projects, particularly within software development , ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations. You will manage cross-functional teams to deliver products within agreed timelines and budgets, while ensuring high quality and efficiency. This role is hybrid, offering a mix of remote and office-based work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage multiple software development projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • Work closely with product managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure project goals and deliverables are clearly defined.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) and promote an Agile mindset across teams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, manage risks, and track progress, ensuring transparency for stakeholders.
  • Ensure projects are aligned with business strategies and objectives, providing regular updates and reports to senior management.
  • Manage project budgets, resource allocation, and third-party relationships as required.
  • Foster a collaborative, results-driven environment that encourages innovation and excellence.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum of 3 years of commercial experience in project management, specifically within software development and SDLC projects.
  • Proven experience working in an Agile environment, with a solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.).
  • Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills, with a track record of successfully managing cross-functional teams.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project).
  • Experience in consumer electronics, or a related technology sector, would be advantageous but not essential.
  • PRINCE2, PMP, or Agile certifications would be a bonus.
