A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and dedicated Planning Manager to join a supportive team at one of the UK’s largest hotel event venues.

In this role as Corporate Conference Planning Manager , you will lead and inspire a talented team of Executives who are responsible for managing all corporate events from the moment a contract is signed through to post-event coordination. This is a fantastic opportunity to shape exceptional experiences for their clients while fostering a motivated and engaged team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, mentor, and support a team of executives
  • Oversee the planning of multiple large-scale conferences, meetings and events
  • Ensure seamless event management from initial planning to execution.
  • Maintain exceptional service standards, ensuring every event exceeds client expectations
  • Collaborate with sales and operational teams to deliver flawless event execution

Experience:

  • Recent experience in planning multiple large conferences, meetings, and events.
  • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a team
  • Deliver exceptional client experiences with a detail-oriented approach
