Central London – Hybrid role 2-3 days in the office, 2 days working from home
Basic Salary up to £35,000 dependant on experience with 25 Days Holiday plus bank holidays, Pension Scheme - employee pension contribution of 5% matched by employer contribution of 15%, Private Healthcare, Season Ticket Loan, Death in Service.

This will include keeping our membership data up to date and responding to enquiries from both prospective and existing members, and commercial associates. The postholder will support the production of data and insight so we better understand what our members think, as well as being involved in the integration of our CRM system -Microsoft Dynamics 365.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
Experience in a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (Ideally Dynamics
Ability to analyse data and produce reports.
Excellent IT software skills (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Dynamics Marketing or
