Reporting directly to the Head of Development, the Product Developer will undertake a pivotal role in the day-to-day operations encompassing research, sourcing, development, critical path management, and product refinement across various categories, with a primary focus on ready-to-wear.
The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including development, design, fabric, merchandising, and garment technology departments to ensure the efficient and timely development of products while adhering to budgetary constraints.

Source high-quality materials and components while maintaining cost-effectiveness.
Manage the critical path for product development, ensuring adherence to timelines and milestones.
Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to oversee the development and sampling process, ensuring quality standards are met.
Proactively identify and resolve any potential issues or challenges that may arise during the development process.
Communicate effectively with management to provide regular updates on project status and key milestones.
Assist in the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to optimise product development processes and enhance efficiency.
Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to inform product development strategies.

Proven experience in sourcing and development, preferably within the fashion or luxury goods industry.
Proficiency in product development processes, from conceptualisation to production handover.
Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality and design aesthetics.
Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Textile Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience working with luxury brands or within a fast-paced fashion environment is advantageous.
