Production Shift Supervisor

A globally recognised high volume manufacturer are currently looking to strengthen their Production department with the appointment of a Production Shift Supervisor.

As Production Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervision of production on site, ensuring a safe working environment and satisfying all customer demands.

Working from their manufacturing facility in Shropshire, the Production Shift Supervisor will be responsible for:

Guarantee a safe working environment
Ensure all production processes conform to current quality standards
Manufacture quality parts in time to satisfy customer demand
Improve production processes and lead improvement teams
Lead root cause analysis of non-conforming production and implement corrective actions
Daily organisation of Production Operators
Complete performance reviews to improve team performance and flexibility
Lead team performance via KPI s and OEE to achieve targets
Out of hours contact with Customers
Promote the companies HSE policies across the department and plant and adhere to all
Health and Safety environmental requirements

The successful candidate should be educated to HNC Engineering level or similar within proven Supervisory experience.
