Our team of highly experienced and skilled professionals ensures that buildings of all sizes and ages meet the highest fire safety standards. We prioritize comprehensive training and strict adherence to safety measures to ensure compliance with Health and Safety regulations. Based in Exeter, Devon, we provide hassle-free turnkey services, including design, installation, maintenance, and testing of emergency lighting and alarm systems.
This is a full-time on-site role for a Fire Protection Contracts Manager located in Exeter. The Contracts Manager will oversee day-to-day operations related to fire protection projects, including managing contracts, coordinating with clients and subcontractors, ensuring compliance with safety regulations, and monitoring project timelines and budgets. Must know about Cavity Barriers, drylining, fire alarms, fire boarding and more
Experience in project management and contract administration
Knowledge of fire protection systems and regulations
Ability to collaborate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
Proficiency in computer software related to project management
Relevant certifications in fire protection or construction management
Experience in the construction or fire protection industry is a plus
