The Role - HLTA - Corby, Northamptonshire Assist in delivering high-quality lessons Work closely with children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support students for whom English may be an additional language Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, fostering a love for learning among students Cover lessons while teachers are on PPA time Work with and support other TA's and work across a range of year groups so a confident HLTA who is able to develop people is essential.
