Wayman Group is currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Reception Teacher to join a brilliant school in Oxfordshire, Southeast England from February 2024. As a Reception Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, supporting students' social and emotional development, and fostering a love for learning. This is an exceptional two-form entry school with a Good Ofsted rating that is seeking a Reception Teacher from February 2024. Plan and deliver creative and stimulating lessons that meet the requirements of the Reception curriculum
Foster a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment that encourages students' social and emotional development
Collaborate with other educators and professionals to develop and implement effective teaching strategies
Communicate effectively with students, parents, and colleagues, ensuring a strong partnership between home and school

QTS, EYTS, PGCE and strong academic record
Bachelor's degree in Education, with a focus on Early Years Foundation Stage (Reception) or equivalent
Ability to create a positive and engaging learning environment for young children
A passion for education and a commitment to supporting students' learning and development
Flexibility and adaptability to meet the changing needs of the school and students
