An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Quality Engineer to join Rolls-Royce Submarines supporting the New Build & Components business.

Hybrid working is a way in which our people can balance their time between the office, home or another remote location. As a minimum we’re all expected to attend the workplace for collaboration and other specific reasons, on average three days per week.

Monitor and analyse quality performance across the business
Lead Quality Improvement projects with cross-functional teams
Prepare and deliver reports on quality performance to support quality boards and other reviews
Promote and develop the quality framework and direction within the business
Facilitate governance reviews to support the quality framework

~ Previous experience with a Manufacturing environment holding a Quality or Improvement role.
~ Good base knowledge of Quality Systems and frameworks.
~ Experience in using MS Excel is essential, experience in using Minitab, SAP, Word and PowerPoint would be an advantage.
