Newcastle College have an exciting opportunity for two individuals passionate about supporting learners to achieve their potential. The successful lecturers will have the opportunity to work in our bespoke Energy Academy in industry standard facilities based right on the port of Tyne.
We are looking for experienced teachers who can influence the direction of the Energy Academy during an exciting period of growth. We are looking to appoint two lecturers, one that has experience of the MIG/MMA and TIG welding processes and one that has experience of Mechanical Engineering. Both these roles will be required to support learners to attain excellent results as part of their study programme or Higher Education studies as well as developing a successful workforce. 
The Energy Academy are seeking candidates that can work collaboratively and effectively within the department and encourage and support our students to secure the very best outcomes. One Lecturing role has a requirement for a minimum level 3 in Fabrication and Welding and the second a Masters in Mechanical Engineering qualifications. 
The successful candidate will have experience of using computer software such as Microsoft applications and ideally have applied these in a teaching and learning environment. About Newcastle College
