This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious and technical Security Engineer, to join a growing, award winning company, with their head offices in Basingstoke. The successful Security Engineer will be required to have a full–UK driving license as this role may involve ad hoc travel to other sites / data centres.
The Security Engineer will be joining the internal security team, though work alongside an external SOC, in–order to support the business on all internal network security issues that arise. You will be an enthusiastic individual with a passion for all things security, with an eagerness to learn and develop. Outside of this, you will ideally have a broad range of skills with regard to network troubleshooting, firewalls, IDS/IPS, VPNs and more. The Security Engineer will be joining a well–established Managed Service Provider with ambition and a clear plan for growth. The successful Security Engineer will work on a hybrid working basis, visiting the Basingstoke office 3 days per week.

Any experience or knowledge of ISO27001 as well with virtualised infrastructure or windows environments would be highly advantageous
