We are looking for a senior and experienced health economics modeller to join our vibrant and growing modelling team. Applicants should have a minimum 5-7 years of experience in developing economic models for health technology assessment (HTA), including cost-effectiveness and budget impact models. As Putnam is a global firm - this role could be placed in one of our many locations (London, Newcastle, Krakow, or Ireland) with remote work potentially available. The main responsibility of the role is to lead the development of health economic models and a range of health economics projects. Typical modelling projects include the development of global cost-effectiveness and budget impact models, early economic models, model adaptations and methodological studies. Additional responsibilities will include line-management and/or mentorship of economic modellers and a contribution to business development.
Leadership and management of economic modelling projects
Leadership or contribution to other health economic and market access projects
L ine management and or mentorship of economic modellers
Study design, development and implementation across a variety of therapeutic areas
Managing project budgets.
Higher degree (PhD or MSc) in health economics, economic modelling or related discipline
Extensive experience of economic modelling in a consultancy environment: conceptualisation , design and implementation
Experienced in successful project management
Excellent client management skills
Excellent knowledge of statistical software packages ( e.g. Fluency in English
Excellent MS Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel skills.
