This role is a great opportunity for someone looking to take the next step in their career and utilise their experience to impact the performance of Williams future F1 race cars. 
 
Working within the aerodynamic group, you will demonstrate your understanding of the race car aerodynamics across all environments (CFD, Wind Tunnel (WT) and track) in order to optimise the development approach and maximise the longer-term aerodynamic performance of the race car.
 
As Senior Aerodynamicist, you will:
 
~ Develop innovative and forward-thinking aerodynamic concepts, using appropriate tools and technologies to create and deliver your vision to testing 

~ Mentor junior aerodynamicists, advising on how they can develop and improve their skills and produced work

~ Assist in the planning and executing Wind Tunnel runs, working to ensure maximum accuracy and efficiency 

~ Skilled in using CAD & CFD software 

~ Demonstrable experience in understanding the bigger picture (e.g. in-depth analysis of results, correlation investigations, novel use of data, non-standard models/tests)
