As the Managing Director, you will lead our dynamic team to new heights, driving commercial success, operational excellence, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the company, maximising EBITDA and revenue growth, while also nurturing talent and empowering our people to excel.

Commercial Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy to drive business growth, expand market share, and capitalise on emerging opportunities.
Financial Management: Oversee all financial aspects of the business, including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and ensuring sound financial controls are in place to optimise profitability.
Operational Excellence: Lead operational initiatives to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction, while maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Performance Improvement: Identify and implement initiatives to improve business performance across all functions, leveraging data-driven insights and best practices.
Proven track record of senior leadership experience in the TIC industry or a related field, with a strong emphasis on commercial, financial, and operational management.
Demonstrated success in driving EBITDA and revenue growth, achieving financial targets, and maximising shareholder value.
Strong financial acumen, with the ability to analyse financial data, make informed decisions, and mitigate risks.
Bachelor's degree in business, finance, engineering, or a related field; MBA or relevant advanced degree preferred.
