We are currently seeking a dedicated Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant school community. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in supporting the learning and development of our students. Your responsibilities will include providing 1:1 support for children with special educational needs, assisting with classroom activities, and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers and the SENCo.
The ideal learning support assistant candidate will have a genuine passion for working with children and a strong desire to support their educational journey. Previous experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential, as full training and support will be provided. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to kickstart their career in education or further develop their skills in a supportive and nurturing environment.
