Job Title: Project Engineer Manager (Electrical Manufacturing)
Manufacturing / Electrical
Do you hold a HND in Electrical / Electronic Engineering – looking to embrace an exciting business who has fantastic growth plans?
Would the switchgear / electrical manufacturing sector be of interest to yourself?
Oversee the entire project lifecycle from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
~ Lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to ensure project success.
~ Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track progress against key milestones.
~ Coordinate with internal stakeholders including design, manufacturing, and installation teams to ensure seamless project execution.
~ Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or issues throughout the project lifecycle.
~Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize project risks.
~ Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize project processes and enhance team efficiency.

HND Higher or Equivalent in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Proven experience in project management within the electrical engineering or switchgear industry.
Strong technical expertise in electrical design principles and switchgear systems
Proficiency in project management tools and software.
