Job: Registered Manager (12 month fixed contract)
Service: Learning Disability + Mental Health

Holly at Amber Mace is looking to recruit a Registered Manager for a fixed 12 month contract for a complex care service based in Bristol with a GOOD cqc report. This facility provides specialised care for residents with learning disabilities and mental health, ensuring they receive the highest quality care and support in a safe, nurturing environment.

Provide effective leadership and management to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services.

* Develop and implement care plans tailored to meet the individual needs of each resident.

* Oversee the recruitment, training, and supervision of staff members.

* Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and policies, maintaining accurate records and documentation.

* Foster a positive and inclusive environment that promotes the well-being and independence of residents.

* Previous experience working with individuals with learning disabilities, preferably in a managerial capacity

* Knowledge of relevant legislation and regulatory requirements

* Compassionate and empathetic approach to care provision
