SUMMARY

Our client, a leading distributor of small consumables within the aerospace

industry and part of a larger US-owned aerospace group, is seeking a Sales

Manager for the European market. The ideal candidate will have experience

dealing with senior-level managers at airlines and MRO businesses, and specific experience selling into the UK aerospace market.

This is a fully remote role, but candidates must be flexible, with frequent travel

within designated regions (UK/Ireland, Scandinavia, Germany, Turkey).

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and maintain relationships with senior-level managers at airlines

and MRO businesses within designated regions.

• Drive sales growth in the UK/Ireland, Scandinavia, Germany, and Turkey

markets.

• Generate leads and manage a portfolio of 200-300 customer accounts.

• Develop and execute strategies to grow existing business and acquire new

customers.

• Travel approximately 50-60% of the time within designated regions, with 1-2

days of travel per week.

• Attend monthly office meetings as required.

• Report directly to the Vice President of Sales to achieve sales targets and

objectives.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Sales Manager in a similar role

within the aerospace industry.

• Experience selling into the UK aerospace market is preferred.

• Strong understanding of aftermarket sales / MRO sales and customer relationship

management.

• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and driving revenue

growth.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Motivated, hungry, and results-driven individual.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Flexibility to work remotely with occasional office visits.

• Willingness to travel extensively within designated regions.
