Our client is an innovative, property provider with 50+ centres located throughout the UK. You will play a vital part in driving forward key projects through the business, managing timescales, client's expectations and being cost effective. Facilities Projects Coordinator - Permanent Role
Hours: Full-time 37 hours, Monday - Friday, 9:00am - 17:00am
Must have a Full UK Driving Licence
up to £28,000 per year depending on experience
Modern office space
Flexible working on Fridays (2PM finish)
Manage timescales for projects and costs
Identify works to be completed on site, arrange who to complete, utilising the internal maintenance team and contractors
Sourcing new contractors
Be self-motivated and flexible
Have a good understanding of the FM industry, including knowledge of materials, trades, methods, and legal requirements
Ability to establish working relationships with contractors and maintaining these to a high level.
