Requirements Have a strong understanding of and passion for the KG Kurt Geiger and Carvela brand, customer and collections Be able to produce high quality work (Cads and Specs) quickly and efficiently. To be engaged and enthusiastic about the fashion industry with strong knowledge of luxury and high street trends and have the ability to contribute and apply this to our brand Be able to produce original, creative and brand appropriate ideas based on upcoming trends Have the ability and passion to work across multiple product categories Be confident in presenting your designs formally and informally To have excellent communication skills with your team, other teams and suppliers Be flexible with the ability to change and reprioritise what you are working on when required Have strong technical and practical knowledge that allows you to deliver accurate samples Be able to take responsibility for your design work, following samples through until a perfect sample is delivered to the deadlines – a thorough and proactive approach in sample management Be able to work without supervision but be part of a team Benefits Competitive basic salary Pension and life assurance Enviable discounts Gym Discounts Summer Hours - 3pm Friday Finish Half Day, Payday Friday (once per month) RetailTrust support & so much more Our Culture We're an energic fast-paced brand that embraces progress and strives for innovation.
