You'll bring expertise in both electrical and mechanical disciplines, working on three-phase systems and industrial machinery. Your ability to troubleshoot, fault-find, and optimize performance will be essential in keeping production running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and reactive maintenance across the site’s machinery.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both mechanical and electrical systems.
- Ensure minimal downtime by identifying root causes and implementing improvements.
- Work confidently on three-phase systems and various industrial mechanical machinery.
- Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in food, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
- Strong knowledge of RCM and FMEA methodologies.
- Advanced fault-finding skills and a multiskilled approach.
- Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC systems is highly desirable.
