The Role: As a key member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for performing reactive and planned maintenance on a range of modern, high-tech equipment. You'll bring expertise in both electrical and mechanical disciplines, working on three-phase systems and industrial machinery. Your ability to troubleshoot, fault-find, and optimize performance will be essential in keeping production running smoothly. Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine and reactive maintenance across the site’s machinery.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both mechanical and electrical systems.
  • Ensure minimal downtime by identifying root causes and implementing improvements.
  • Work confidently on three-phase systems and various industrial mechanical machinery.
What You’ll Need:
  • Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent qualification.
  • Proven experience in food, pharmaceutical, or other regulated industries.
  • Strong knowledge of RCM and FMEA methodologies.
  • Advanced fault-finding skills and a multiskilled approach.
  • Familiarity with Allen Bradley PLC systems is highly desirable.
