We are currently looking for an NPD Florist

On a daily basis you will be:

• Ensure compliance with company requirements regarding safety, quality, and legality of products.
• Adhere to Health & Safety policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Use the bucket of stock provided by the Picking Team and a specification sheet to construct hand-tied bouquets in line with customer expectations for approval.
• With guidance from the NPD Designers, construct a range of ad hoc bouquets, center-pieces, wreaths, and other floral displays tailored to customer specifications and occasions.
• Where finished good stock is ordered from the packing hall, perform quality checks on samples received and rework if needed to ensure bouquet quality.
• Perform pre-determined checks and use the specification sheet to quality check all bouquets produced against customer specifications.
• Take photographs of each bouquet for uploading into the specification sheet.
• Act as the gatekeeper of bouquet quality and freshness, ensuring only high-quality materials leave the studio.
• Present samples to the Studio Manager for inspection before dispatch.
• Ensure all samples are completed in a timely manner and to a high standard.
• Wrap bouquets in customer-specific packaging, adding flower food and care guides where applicable.
• Escalate issues with out-of-specification raw materials to the Studio Manager when sample execution is affected.
• Promote and uphold the 'clean as you go' policy, taking responsibility for the Studio and storage areas.
• Ensure the studio is clean and audit-ready at all times.
• Foster a team approach to continuous improvement opportunities.
• Support the Studio Manager and NPD Designers with ad hoc tasks, last-minute stem requests or concessions.
• Assist NPD Designers with customer meeting setup, placing buckets of stock in the meeting rooms and ensuring the quality of stock at all times.
