Role Overview: As Service Director, you will report directly to the Managing Director and hold comprehensive responsibility for leading the strategy and execution of all service delivery. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and oversee the company’s service delivery strategy, ensuring it aligns with business goals and customer expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a senior service leadership role within the technology sector.
  • Proven success in managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
  • Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of technology solutions, including managed services, cloud, and security infrastructure.

Location & Travel: This hybrid role requires flexibility, with time split between offices in Essex (approximately 60/40), alongside client visits as needed.
