Role: As the Senior Account Executive you will play a pivotal position in supporting the team to manage accounts for a diverse portfolio of global and local healthcare clients. You will experience a dynamic and varied role, encompassing disease awareness, patient advocacy, brand communications, media relations, medical education, internal communications, issues management, social media, events/meetings, and more. Responsibilities:

  • Support on projects, developing timelines and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, effectively and on time.
  • Draft content/written materials, such as website copy, press releases, articles, and social content.
  • Writing and editing documentation, ensuring all client documents meet high-quality standards.
  • Oversee day-to-day account operations, providing support to the Account Managers.
  • Liaise with clients under the guidance of your Account Lead.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 1 years experience in a similar healthcare communications agency.
  • Strong communication skills and adept at building rapport with clients.
  • Ability to work independently, highly organised, and calm under pressure.
  • Knowledge of relevant Codes of Practice (e.g., ABPI).
  • Presentation skills, as well as effective verbal and written communication of ideas.
