Senior Workday HRIM Analyst - Talent Optimisation

As the Senior HRIM Analyst for Workday Talent Optimization, you will play a critical role in HR business projects involving the design, development, implementation and testing of systems modifications within the Workday Talent Optimization module(s). The Workday Senior HRIM Analyst will contribute to our success in the following ways:
Design, Build, Test, and Deploy business process and security solutions for Workday Talent module.
Manage the Workday upgrade and changes for the Workday Talent Optimization module
Maintain and support Workday security framework for the organization and look for opportunities to streamline the security roles and role assignments
Support the Talent Success team with reporting and analytics globally and on Workday technology specific matters.
Troubleshoot security and business process issues requiring in-depth expertise in the Workday Talent Optimization module.
Guide cross-functional teams on configuration and testing strategies
Work with integration and cross-functional teams to resolve integration and data issues.
Collaborate within the team in developing new processes as and when there is a dependency on multiple modules within Workday.
Work with project teams on various Workday implementation and optimization projects
Fluent in English
Experience with Workday Talent Optimization module, HCM, Report Writer and EIBs
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel
Bachelor's Degree in computer science, HR, IT, or Business
~3+ years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM module
~ Experience with ongoing design, configuration, deployment, and maintenance of the Workday Talent Optimization Module (I.e. Goals, Succession Planning, Skills, Talent Marketplace, Career Hub).
~Demonstrated configuration experience across Workday modules, including business process and security framework configuration.
~ Ability to drive projects and issues to completion.
~ Ability to maintain confidentiality and data accuracy when handling employee information.
