A Typical Day in the Job: Working on a ticketing system Installing client operating systems Installing routers, switches and firewalls Creating users and creating text environments for testing on helpdesk Working with hardware peripherals such as setting up printers Full training and support will be provided by your workplace mentor and from the Baltic team.
