Contract Assignment Details

  • Location : London (Hybrid Working – 1-2 days per week)
  • Duration : Initial 3 Months Contract
  • Competitive Day Rate DOE via PAYE

The Digital Customer Experience & Front-End Banking Systems Specialist will need experience in :

  • Understanding customer experience interfaces (websites and apps) within the context of business banking.
  • Knowledge of how front-end digital systems interface with core banking systems and infrastructure.
  • Expertise in identifying what "good" looks like in digital customer platforms, especially in business banking, from both a customer experience and technology ecosystem perspective.
  • Experience in working with ethical or sustainable banks is a plus.
  • Familiarity with design thinking and strategy development for enhancing digital platforms.
