VisionPersonnel are delighted to be working with a leading residential developer to identify a Commercial Assistant / Administrator. You will be supporting the day to day running of the commercial department and commercial team. Duties would include, but not limited to;

  • administration of contractual documentation and correspondence.
  • management of data, contract trackers.
  • Compiling reports from information obtained by commercial team.
  • Focal point for contact to the commercial team to receive incoming enquiries and either handle or forward to the commercial team individuals, as necessary.
  • Accurately maintain trackers always ensuring data accuracy.
Desirable skills/qualifications, but not essential.
  • Office/Admin experience.
  • Experience working in a busy office environment.
  • Excellent organisational skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to communicate effectively.
  • High degree of personal initiative, responsibility and commitment coupled with enthusiasm in a busy environment.
  • Ability to maintain high level of confidentiality.
