London, United Kingdom Visa Full time

Visa is a world leader in payments and technology, with over 259 billion payments transactions flowing safely between consumers, merchants, financial institutions, and government entities in more than 200 countries and territories each year. Our mission is to connect the world through the most innovative, convenient, reliable, and secure payments network, enabling individuals, businesses, and economies to thrive while driven by a common purpose - to uplift everyone, everywhere by being the best way to pay and be paid.
Join us today and experience Life at Visa.
Visa is developing new capabilities for use in Account-to-Account (A2A) payment flows, with participation in this space a strategic priority for the business. The UK is one of our priority markets to deploy A2A solutions, and Ireland a fast follower with different EU regulatory framework and market dynamics.
This role in Visa's UK&I Product team is responsible for driving delivery and commercialisation for Visa's account to account and multi-rail products across the UK and Ireland markets. The role will interact closely with the A2A Hub product team, especially in the early phase of solution design and client validation, but also closely with CS, Pricing and Analytics teams as the product moves into launch and lifecycle.
Design the strategy and execute the GTM plan for A2A solutions for UK and Ireland, in close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including merchant sales, account executives, marketing, and HUB to deliver results on both sides of the issuer and acceptance ecosystem.
Help define the Visa-wide value proposition for clients, including how other Visa solutions and products can complement account-to-account solutions (Wallet, P2P, CTP, VIS/Credit, etc.)
Work closely with the other UKI and Hub Product and solution teams to drive coordinated solution sales, especially to integrate A2A solutions inside of the overall Product narrative.
Develop, execute and monitor day-to-day sales plans, forecasts, and performance metrics (gross/net revenue targets, budgets, other product metrics) and ensure alignment with the global and regional digital solutions objectives and key results (OKRs).
Report and communicate progress, challenges, and achievements both internally and externally and across executive levels.
Collect client feedback and market requirements to drive the Global product development roadmap and GTM for Digital solutions.
Manage processes and drive decisions with Risk and Legal alongside the Hub team to ensure clear pathways for product delivery - e.g. Subject to market deployment and progress, grow and lead a team of product managers to deliver specialized sales and solutioning of A2A solutions to issuers, TPPs/acquirers, merchants, and partners.
This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.
8+ years of payment processing technology work experience and understanding of macroeconomics, regulation, consumer behaviour and product operations with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD).
~ Subject Matter expertise: a good understanding of traditional and emerging methods and players in the payments ecosystem (leveraging insights and market research), with specific experience and market understanding in the Account to Account space a distinctive plus.
~ Commercial Acumen: Understand product financials and experience in product strategy and commercialization.
~ Technical Acumen: technical understanding of how digital payment technology works and how client infrastructure and product integration processes operate, with a solid understanding of APIs and services a plus.
~ Adapt communication strategies to audience needs and effective at building stakeholder relationships.
~ Innovative and Creative Mindset: Program Management: Proven track record of managing cross-functional projects and sharing recommendations.

Visa is an EEO Employer. Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, national origin, sexual orientation, gender identity, disability or protected veteran status. Visa will also consider for employment qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with EEOC guidelines and applicable local law.
