In dieser hybriden Rolle hast du die Möglichkeit, sowohl in unseren Büros in Berlin, Zürich, London oder Warschau als auch remote zu arbeiten. Dies ermöglicht es dir, deine Arbeitsumgebung flexibel anzupassen.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Klinische und regulatorische Exzellenz : Sicherstellen, dass Produkte, Inhalte und Abläufe den Marktanforderungen entsprechen, qualitativ hochwertige Patientenergebnisse liefern und regulatorische Anforderungen erfüllen.

  • Strategische Führung : Führung bei medizinischer und klinischer Innovation, Beratung zur Produktentwicklung, Marketingstrategien und zur allgemeinen Geschäftsrichtung. Leitung unserer Virtual Weight Loss Clinic.

  • Qualitätssicherung : Leitung von klinischen Studien, Generierung von Real-World-Evidence und Überwachung nach der Markteinführung. Festlegung der Richtlinien für unsere Dienstleistungen, um erstklassige Ergebnisse zu erzielen.

  • Stärkung unserer Position als Vordenker : Pflege von Beziehungen zu Meinungsführern, Regulierungsbehörden, medizinischen Fachkräften und Patientenorganisationen in all unseren Märkten.

Das bringst du mit:

  • Nachgewiesene Führungserfahrung in der medizinischen und klinischen Forschung in der Gesundheitsbranche (Biotechnologie, Medizintechnik oder andere), vorzugsweise in einem dynamischen und wachstumsstarken Umfeld mit Schwerpunkt auf Typ-2-Diabetes und Adipositas

  • Erfahrung in der Planung, Durchführung und Überwachung von klinischen Studien mit einer erfolgreichen Bilanz bei der Erfüllung der Erwartungen von Regulierungsbehörden und der Erreichung oder Ausweitung des Marktzugangs

  • Vertrautheit mit Gesundheitsvorschriften, Qualitätsstandards und Erstattungsmechanismen, die für unsere Märkte relevant sind

  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten zur Zusammenarbeit mit der Fähigkeit, interdisziplinäre Teams zu engagieren und zu motivieren

  • Engagement für evidenzbasierte Praxis, kontinuierliches Lernen und Innovation

  • Ein medizinischer Abschluss, idealerweise mit Spezialisierung in Endokrinologie, Innere Medizin oder einem verwandten Bereich mit nachweisbarer Expertise in Typ-2-Diabetes und Adipositas

  • Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
